Tommy's Sons

Travis Clayton Dodd is my youngest - and he is quite a charmer! He was born in Atlanta 28 years ago.  It really does seem like yesterday.  Travis and his brother loved sports from the time they were able to pick up a ball.  Competitive BMX racing was a long-standing sport that took both Travis and Ryan all over the world .  Wrestling and water sports were other loves. 

It took a while, but Travis is now a college grad with a great career in the medical equipment arena. He covers a territory within Georgia and calls on medical hopitals and facilities representing the Philips Medical Equipment Group. He enjoys the work and looks forward to each day with a great optimism.

Whether skiing the slopes of Colorado, BMX racing,  or weight training at the gym, he seems to test the laws of nature. I have been blessed with two fine sons, both of  whom have great compassion and caring for their fellow man. Travis makes me very proud.
 

Thomas Ryan Dodd was born in Greenville, S.C. 32 years ago.  He and his wife, Heather, are loving and amazingly patient parents of  twin girls and one son!  Morgan and Taylor celebrate their ninth birthday the end of July and Luke just joined the "terrible two's in April.  They are all precious beyond words.  And that's not just the grandpa in me talking.  (Take a look at the next page for some great family photos.)

Heather graduated from UGA with a degree in microbiology.  She is currently a "stay-at-home" mom trying to keep everything running smoothly for the family. And doing a great job, I might add.  Ryan is an Area Manager for Siemens Building Products managing a territory of several states.  (Can you say "Traveling Salesman"?) Although leisure time is a rare commodity right now, Ryan enjoys golf and has gotten very involved in tennis (captain of several teams!).  Ryan and Heather have a beautiful home in Holly Springs, Ga. with lots of room, lots of toys, and lots of love!
